Faith,Hope,Love

Learnt so much things,absorbed so much things from pastor kong’s sermons.On friday,i’ve learnt that we should start praying.Prayer is a basic foundation we christians need.
“Without praying,we can never do great things for God.” - Pastor Kong
Such a nice phrase!!I’m so motivated to start praying everyday hahas!From friday,i realised that we should not be afraid of engaging the world and the lost,for if we are afraid of engaging them,how can they be saved and know Christ in their lives?If we are afraid of the world,we will never ever change the world.And also,we must not be different in the 1st space and 2nd space,we must excel in every areas of our lives so that people will start noticing us.Noticing us not in negative ways but positive ways!!
Yesterday,it was one of the best sermons i’ve ever heard,”What to do when we don’t know what to do” hahah.Step 1,we should set our hearts to seek God in Prayer.Step 2,Focus on the promises of God but not the problems.Step 3,Stand before God.Step 4,Wait for the Holy Spirit.Step 5,Praise God!!!Sounds easy?But it’s hard to do.Haha,now then i realised that christians are like bruce lee!!Like all the movies of bruce lee,he always fight the japanese and he wins.We are like bruce lee fighting Satan.While bruce lee have his weapon,we have our bibles and the words of God.Pastor Kong is so humourous!!!Now i realised how important prayers are important in life.
Today,i learnt much more new things!!!No matter what God do in our lives,we should trust Him with all we have.Or more than what we have,for He will not harm us.Our God is a faithful and good God!Amen!Some of us might be suffering from problems now,but to think about it.God won’t let us suffer for nothing,the key word today is Perserverance.No matter what circumstances we are in,we should perservere,we should endure and trust in him.Job 13:15 says,”Though He slay me,yet will i trust Him.Even so,I will defend my own ways before Him.”
In my whole life,never did i really believe that prayers will really help.Simply believing in God will help.But through so many things within these 3 months,i realised that prayers do help.I realised that we humans can do nearly nothing,but when we have God in our lives,we can do everything!From now on,i have to challenge myself to trust in God and be faithful and NEVER ever have thoughts of backsliding ANYMORE.Satan,get out of my life or i will destroy you with God in me.Okay,sorry for the wordy post…But yea!Love God,love people,love life.
